Mr. Willis is a veteran in the retail real estate industry having worked for a variety of retail and restaurant chains for over 30 years. He has an extremely diverse background having worked initially on the operations side of the business which has helped the transformation to developing and overseeing the real estate department for several national retail chains.
Jerry’s experience includes directing the in-house regional real estate programs for “Honey Baked Ham”, “Blinds To Go” “The Vitamin Shoppe” and “Souper Salad”. During his tenure with these prominent companies he was involved with managing all aspects of site selection, market analysis, lease administration, legal, design, construction and store maintenance. He has worked in over 30 different states in addition to Puerto Rico and has developed a tremendous working knowledge of all the major MSA’s throughout these regions.
Most recently, Jerry served as Director of Real Estate for Arby’s Restaurant Group where he was instrumental in overseeing the rollout of their new “non traditional” formats on a national level.
