Andrew Jaffe joined Bialow Real Estate in 2012 to help oversee and expand its New England presence. Armed with a vast portfolio management and real estate background, his experience has helped Bialow grow into one of the leading tenant rep firms in the market. A real estate professional for over 16 years, Jaffe has been active on both the landlord and developer side of the business, as well as having developed extensive tenant relationships. Andrew has been personally involved with overseeing expansion throughout New England for dozens of prominent national retail chains including The Vitamin Shoppe, Select Comfort, Alexis Bittar,Taco Bell, Pinkberry, Millers Ale House, Smashburger, etc.

Prior to joining Bialow Real Estate, Jaffe served as principal and founder of J Development Group. A full service real estate company focused on the acquisition, redevelopment leasing and management of commercial and mixed-use properties throughout New England and Tennessee. The company’s primary goal was to acquire and reposition underutilized assets ranging from small strip centers to larger power centers.

Prior to forming his own company, Jaffe held the position of development and leasing specialist for Starwood Wasserman out of Rhode Island. During his tenure, he played an integral role in the development, redevelopment and leasing of almost 2 million square feet of retail shopping centers throughout the country. These projects included: Page Field Commons, Fort Myers, FL (322,000 square foot power center); The Commons at Temecula, Temecula, CA (293,000 square ft power center); The Commons at Royal Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach, FL (168,000 square foot power center); Massillon Village, Massillon, OH (248,000 square foot redevelopment); The Shops on Lake, Pasadena, CA (136,000 square foot redevelopment); Rohnert Park, CA (85,000 square foot redevelopment) and the redevelopment of the Kaufmann’s on the Heights (now known as University Square), University Heights, OH (620,000 square foot vertical shopping center).
